The online membership directory is now active and is restricted to Beth El members only. This online directory will contain the basic information that we have in our membership database, ie, name, address, home phone number, e-mail & names of children. A printed roster may be picked up in the office. However, we encourage you to save trees and use the online directory which will always be up to date.
A valid e-mail address must be on file in the office for the primary member of the family to gain access and all family members will use that one log on and password. If your e-mail has changed or you are unsure if the office has your e-mail, please contact Marilyn Weisberg at email@example.com with your current email address. If you have any other questions, please call Marilyn at 952.873.7303. Here is the process: Your household receives an e-mail from: DoNotReply@ChaverWeb.net with the Subject: Welcome to Beth El’s Online Member Access with a temporary password and access instructions. You will be instructed to reset your password and only you will know that password. It is highly recommended that you “copy” and “paste” this initial temporary password. Only one member of the family will receive this notification and the access for that family will be that one person’s email and the password that is set for that particular email address. If you are experiencing any difficulties setting up your access, please forward the “welcome” email to Marilyn Weisberg (firstname.lastname@example.org) and she will help you set it up.
After your initial sign-in you may access the directory from our website www.bethelsynagogue.org and click on the directory button.
