Prenatal Class – Winter ’11

Winter registration is now open for Beth El Synagogue’s new prenatal class, LaMAZEL Tov, a four-week series of childbirth classes for expectant parents in their third trimester. This class will offer information including the labor process, birth options, medical care and decision making, labor support techniques, breathing and relaxation, breast feeding & care of your newborn, as well as, the adjustment to your new role as parents. These classes will introduce a Jewish perspective helping to navigate the transition from expecting parent to child rearing within our tradition. Classes to be held at B’nai Emet Synagogue (Our temporary home during Beth El construction):

Winter series: January 16, 23, 30 and February 6 (Sundays 9:30am – 12:00pm)

Cost: $120.00 per series
