Please join us on Sunday, March 14th, 2010 from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for an important event sponsored by the Women’s Leagues of Beth El, Adath Jeshurun and Bnai Emet. The program, to be held at Adath Jeshurun, will provide us with information about the increased risk of breast and ovarian cancer to women of Ashkenazi decent. Featured speaker is Shari Baldinger, M.S., certified genetic counselor and coordinator of genetic counseling at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital. The program will also provide information from congregational nurses from Beth El and Adath. There will be discussion on being your own advocate when talking with health care providers. This is open to all women, men, friends, family and co-workers. Please plan to attend this important program. A $5 donation will be collected at the door. Pesah Uncorked
Join us Saturday evening, March 20th @ 8:15 p.m. for Pesah Uncorked. The four glasses of wine we drink during the Seder need not become a Mitzrayim of their own. Join us for a wine tasting event that will introduce you to four lovely kosher wines—each of which will be fine additions to your table year-round! RSVP by March 15th.
A little Pesah learning paired with a little wine education. Light hors d’oeuvres and dessert (dairy) will also be served.

Community Passover Seder
Why is March 30, 2010 different from all other nights? Because we’re doing the shopping, cooking, set-up, serving and clean up!
