Constitution, Code of Conduct, and Dress Code
All operations of Beth El Rishon USY are done in accordance with the BERUSY Constitution.
All participants at BERUSY events are expected to adhere to both the code of conduct and the dress code policy.

Transportation
USYers can drive themselves to and from Chapter events so long as a bus is not provided. If there is a bus for the activity, then USYers are required to take the bus with the entire group. USYers are not allowed to drive themselves to any non-local Regional events.

Applications / Fees
Specific deadlines will be assigned for all events requiring an application and registration fee. Applications must be filled out completely and accompanied by a check in the full amount (unless special arrangements have been made). Any application that arrives incomplete, without payment, or after the final deadline will be subject to a late fee and may be put on a waiting list.
