Chedar 1

Welcome to our 3 day class for 3 – 4 year old children. DeDe Armel and Janie Rosenzweig provide fun, games and learning for all of the little Frogs in their class. DeDe and Janie have taken the Going Green theme to the next level in their classroom as they reuse and recycle amid their awesome green frog decorations.

Chedar 2

In our 5 day program for 3 – 4 year olds you will “Feel the Tug” and feel the pride of being Jewish. It is not just fun and games in this class as you can see by the fantastic “Honorable Menschen” board with all of Chedar 2’s good deeds. Laurie Goldfarb and Diana Rosen have created a classroom filled with Jewish pride and great learning opportunities.

Chedar 3

Our Toddler class provides a wonderful learning opportunity for our students not quite old enough for pre-school. Carolyn Koppel, Michelle Gendlin and Ella Hoffman offer a warm environment even though their class is “Under the Sea”. All of their “guppies” will learn to “swim” among all of the educational and social opportunities taking place in this classroom.

Chedar 4

“I Spy” so many new learning opportunities in Chedar 4. Deb Lehman, Susie Yablonsky and Faith Richardson have created the perfect room to explore and learn all of the things that help get their students ready for kindergarten. Language development takes on a new meaning as the 4 year old adventurers find the treasures that learning Hebrew and Sign Language can bring to their Pre-Kindergarten experience.

Chedar 5

We are “Counting our Blessings” in Chedar 5’s Pre-Kindergarten class. Gail Katz and Patty Chodosh teach their students that it is necessary to do good for others. Their aim is to “Repair the World One Mitzvah at a Time”. We will watch their board fill up with the mitzvot carried out by the amazing kids in their class.

Chedar 6

Chedar 6 will be transformed into our new school Library. Watch for books to appear and great spaces to curl up and read a new book.

Chedar 7

Kids are always special at Aleph School. Pam Wexler, Sarina David and Ella Hoffman took it a step further as they transformed their fantastic classroom into a very welcoming and “special” space for toddlers. Chedar 7 children will grow and learn as they get to know each other and make new friends.
