About Us
We are a licensed pre-school with state certified teachers and assistant teachers. Your child, age 16 months through 5 years, is eligible to be part of our vibrant Jewish pre-school.
Our educational philosophy is that we run a Jewish developmental program. We foster your child’s interests, promote self-esteem and confidence, and seek to facilitate social-emotional development. It is our goal to see each child as an individual and recognize their many gifts and talents. By doing this, we can help all students reach and exceed their potential growth and unique goals. We believe that this is the foundation on which cognitive development and a life long love of learning is based.
Our traditional pre-school curriculum is enhanced by special programs and learning opportunities. Hebrew, music and Jewish traditions are just a few of the special additions your child will experience. Friday mornings we welcome Shabbat through lively singing, dancing and stories with visits from the Beth El clergy and our music teacher. We nurture and teach your child to embrace learning and grow intellectually and spiritually. Upon completion of our Pre-Kindergarten program, children are ready for the next step in their educational journey.
Families are a big part of Aleph School. Throughout the year you will have many opportunities to share in the fun. Shabbat dinners, family fun programs, and Open House night are just a few of the many events. Classroom visits and participation are encouraged and there are numerous ways to volunteer and get involved.
